Job Title: Real – Time Data Monitoring Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Department: Real Time Monitoring
Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO) – 5 days working- 2 days off – Monthly rotational
Position Location: Mumbai Andheri (E).
Operation Hours: 7 am -3 pm/3 pm -11pm/11 pm to 7 am. (8hrs a day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibility: Monitoring and Support desk executive role.
- Task: Monitor real-time data feeds from various US locations.
- Data Quality Validation: Validate data quality using a defined process.
- Anomaly Reporting: Report any anomalies found in the data.
- Issue Resolution: Perform first-level diagnosis for data stream interruptions or errors.
- Ticketing: Record helpdesk tickets for identified issues.
- Coordination: Contact relevant support teams for issue resolution as needed.
- Training Provided: Successful candidates will receive training for job tasks.
Qualifications:
- 12th / Graduate
- English mandatory (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills:
- You will be responsible for monitoring applications and real-time data streams originating from the client.
- Ensure that the data remains within the defined parameters provided. If the data does not update, falls outside the specified parameters, or if the application is not functioning properly, you raise a ticket and inform your subordinate accordingly.
